Relation between anxiety and stress?
Anxiety: waiting for something that might or might not happen with the
impression that you have no power on the situation will lead you to chronic
stress.
Stress is a biological
response producing modifications in the physical body in presence of a threat
or an aggression but it is also the way you react to a situation that is
perceived, right or wrong, as a threat!
Chronic stress has a
debilitated effect on anxiety, memory, sleep, learning abilities and
cardiovascular problems and also leads to depression.
