Our way of thinking is made of 90% habits. The good news: habits can be learned and unlearned. But it is not a “quick fix”. It involves a process and a commitment.

What is keeping you from where you want to go?

We often think of WHAT and WHY which is knowledge, skill is the HOW but that is far from enough to succeed.

What is your desire, your motivation to make this change? Is it strong enough to pull you out of the gravity of old habits?

Here is one exercise I’d like to share and that I do on a regular basis
